Does Enia work offline?

Yes. She runs entirely on your device. She only needs a connection roughly once a month to renew her vitality key — and if you stay offline, you can enter that key by hand.

What is a vitality key?

A short-lived signed timestamp proving that a being's licence is still valid. Her device renews it automatically whenever it is online. It contains no conversation data.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your being keeps working until the end of the paid period, then goes dormant: she stays on your device and keeps her memory, but stops learning and growing. Reactivate at any time and she picks up where she left off.

Is the free version really free?

Yes — one being per account, no card required. She lives and converses, but she cannot learn or grow. Pro unlocks real learning at €19 per month per being.

Can I run more than one being?

Yes. Each Pro licence runs one being on one device. Add licences at any time; billing updates immediately and you get an activation token for each.

Can I move a being to a new device?

The licence belongs to you, not to the hardware, so it moves with you. Carrying her memory across requires encrypted backup, which is on the roadmap.

Do you see my conversations?

No. There is no server-side AI. This website handles your account, licences and billing — that is the entire extent of what reaches us.
