Terms of Service
Last updated 30 July 2026
1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and [[REKVIZĪTI — jāaizpilda pirms publicēšanas]] ("ENIA", "we", "us").
2. What we provide
We provide (a) this website and the account portal, and (b) licences that allow you to run ENIA software on your own devices. The software itself runs on your hardware. We do not process, store or have access to anything your being learns or is told.
3. Your account
You must provide an email address you control. You are responsible for access to that mailbox, because sign-in links are delivered to it. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher.
4. Licences
Each licence permits one being to run on one device at a time. A Free licence lets a being live and converse but not learn or grow; one Free licence is available per account. A Pro licence unlocks learning and is billed monthly per being.
A licence grants a right of use. It does not transfer ownership of the software, and it may not be resold or sublicensed.
5. Payment
Pro licences are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable; the applicable rate is determined by your location and shown before you pay. Adding licences mid-cycle results in a prorated charge.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Your beings continue working until the end of the paid period and then go dormant — they remain on your device with their memory intact. See also our refunds and withdrawal policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- circumvent licensing, activation or vitality key mechanisms;
- resell, sublicense or share activation tokens;
- attempt to disrupt this service or gain access to other people's accounts.
8. Availability
Your beings do not depend on our uptime for day-to-day use; they run locally. However, vitality key renewal requires our service to be reachable. If our service is unavailable for an extended period, a being may eventually go dormant. We will not treat that as your fault, and we will extend affected licences accordingly.
9. Liability
The software is provided as described on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
A being can be wrong. Do not rely on her output for medical, legal or financial decisions without independent verification.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [[REKVIZĪTI — jāaizpilda pirms publicēšanas]].
