The short version

Your conversations with your being never reach us. There is no server-side AI. We hold your email address, your licences and your billing records — that is all.

Controller

What we collect

  • Account data: email address, optional name, sign-in timestamps and active sessions. Basis: performance of a contract.
  • Licence and device data: which licences you hold, which beings are activated, when a vitality key was last issued, and the name you gave each being. Basis: performance of a contract.
  • Billing data: subscription state, invoices and VAT details. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
  • Messages you send us: anything you write on the contact page. Basis: legitimate interest in answering you.
  • Website analytics: cookieless and IP-anonymised page statistics. No cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles. Basis: legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works.

What we do not collect

  • The content of any conversation with a being.
  • Anything a being learns, remembers or is taught.
  • Files, documents or media on your device.

Processors we use

  • Stripe — payments, invoicing and VAT determination.
  • Mailjet — transactional email (sign-in links, receipts). EU-based.
  • Cloudflare — bot protection on the contact form and media storage for this website.
  • PostHog — cookieless website analytics, EU region.

How long we keep it

  • Account and licence data: while your account exists, then deleted within 30 days.
  • Invoices and tax records: as long as tax law requires, typically 5–10 years.
  • Contact messages: 24 months.
  • Sign-in links and codes: 15 minutes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Account data can be exported and deleted directly from your profile page. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Deleting your account

Deleting your ENIA account erases your account, licences, activation tokens and any cloud backup from our systems. Your local beings go dormant and cannot be reactivated. This cannot be undone.
