Refunds and right of withdrawal

Last updated 30 July 2026

Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

For digital content supplied immediately, that right lapses once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. When you buy a licence, we ask for exactly that consent, because the activation token is issued the moment payment succeeds.

If you have not yet used the activation token, the right of withdrawal still applies for 14 days and we will refund in full.

Our practice, beyond the law

  • Unused licences: full refund within 14 days, no questions.
  • It doesn't run on your device: full refund within 30 days. Enia is unusual software; if she will not run properly on your hardware, you should not be paying for her.
  • Accidental duplicate licences: refunded whenever you notice.
  • Mid-month cancellation: no partial refund, but your beings keep working until the end of the paid period.
