What "free" means

One free being per account, no card required. She converses and stays on your device, but she cannot learn, grow or take on skills. Nothing expires and nothing is charged.

What happens if I stop paying

Your beings keep working until the end of the paid period, then go dormant — still on your device, memory intact, simply no longer growing. Reactivate any time.

VAT and invoices

Prices exclude VAT. The rate is set by your location and shown before you pay; business customers can enter a VAT number. Every payment produces an invoice in your billing page.

Refunds

Unused licence within 14 days: full refund. Won't run properly on your hardware: full refund within 30 days. See the refunds policy.
